Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites according to business requirements.
Create and customize WordPress themes and templates.
Develop, configure, and customize WordPress plugins.
Convert UI/UX designs into responsive and functional WordPress websites.
Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, user-friendly, and cross-browser compatible.
Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO.
Troubleshoot and resolve website, plugin, theme, and hosting-related issues.
Perform regular website updates, backups, security checks, and maintenance.
Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, forms, and other required tools.
Work with databases, particularly MySQL, for website development and troubleshooting.
Implement website security best practices and resolve vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with designers, content teams, SEO teams, and other developers.
Monitor website performance and ensure high availability and functionality.
Manage website migrations, domain/hosting configurations, and deployment when required.
Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
Stay updated with the latest WordPress technologies, plugins, security practices, and web development trends.

Required Skills




Robust hands-on experience with WordPress CMS.
Good knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development/customization.
Knowledge of MySQL/database management.
Experience with responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
Familiarity with website speed and performance optimization.
Basic understanding of SEO principles.
Knowledge of WordPress security and troubleshooting.
Experience with Git/version control is an added advantage.
Valuable problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in WordPress development.
Experience working with Elementor, WooCommerce, ACF, Divi, or similar WordPress tools will be an advantage.
Experience with website hosting platforms such as cPanel, AWS, or similar services is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
