Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished LED lighting products.
Perform quality checks and testing of LED strips, rope lights, SMPS/drivers, and other lighting products.
Ensure products meet defined quality standards and specifications.
Identify, record, and report defects, rejections, and quality issues.
Coordinate with Production and Stores teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Maintain QC inspection reports, rejection records, and other quality documentation.
Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring quality issues and follow up on corrective actions.
Ensure proper handling and segregation of rejected/non-conforming materials.




Support implementation and improvement of quality control processes on the shop floor.

Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field preferred.
1–4 years of experience in QC/QA, preferably in LED lighting, electronics, or electrical manufacturing.
Knowledge of basic electrical/electronic testing and quality inspection methods.
Positive observation, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with production and other departments.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
