Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a robust talent acquisition strategy to support current and future hiring needs.
Align recruitment practices with the organization’s goals, culture, and growth plans.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge in hiring.
Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of Talent Acquisition specialists.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on results, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Partner with business unit leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on hiring strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment across functions including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.




Collaborate with marketing and HR to develop and promote the employer brand.
Represent the company at external events, job fairs, and networking forums.
Leverage recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficiency and compliance.
Track key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness) and present reports to management.
Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
