About the Role
We’re looking for a creative AI Video Creator to produce engaging UGC-style video ads for social media. You’ll turn product briefs into natural, relatable videos with robust hooks, clear messaging, and compelling calls to action.

Key Responsibilities
Create AI-powered UGC-style ads for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
Write scripts with attention-grabbing hooks, product perks, and clear CTAs.
Use AI tools to generate avatars, voiceovers, visuals, and video content.
Edit videos with captions, music, transitions, and product demonstrations.
Create multiple ad variations to test different hooks, angles, and formats.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve creatives based on ad performance.
Maintain brand consistency and ensure all assets are approved for commercial use.

Requirements
Hands-on experience with AI video creation and video editing tools.




Strong understanding of UGC-style content, short-form storytelling, and social media ads.
Ability to create realistic, engaging content that feels natural.
Positive copywriting, visual storytelling, and editing skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and incorporate feedback quickly.
A portfolio showcasing relevant video work.

Good to Have
Experience creating ads for D2C or e-commerce brands.
Familiarity with performance marketing and creative testing.
Ability to create content in Hindi and English.
