URGENT REQUIREMENT | LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT TEAM LEAD

Position: Learning & Development Team Lead
Employment: Full time | On-site
Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience
Location: Kinfra Technopark, Kakkanchery, Calicut
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Learning & Development function and drive the organisation’s L&D; strategy
Identify organisational, functional and individual capability gaps and translate them into structured development plans
Design and implement annual learning calendars aligned with business and people priorities
Develop and drive leadership development, behavioural, functional and skilled capability-building programmes
Partner with business and functional leaders to understand talent development requirements and future capability needs
Establish structured learning pathways, competency development initiatives and career development programmes
Lead,



mentor and develop the L&D; team while ensuring adherence to defined SOPs and quality standards
Monitor training effectiveness through measurable learning outcomes, feedback and performance impact
Build a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing and employee development
Manage external trainers, consultants and learning partners wherever required
Track L&D; budgets, timelines, participation and programme effectiveness
Drive continuous improvement in L&D; processes, systems and learning interventions
Contribute to organisation-wide people initiatives, team building and long-term business growth
