Responsible for the revenue generation of the stores.
Set and track sales goals and objectives for assigned stores.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned stores, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
Coach and develop store managers and staff to ensure they are meeting or exceeding expectations.
Identify and implement prospects to improve sales and profitability.
Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance and provide feedback.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained.
Administer budgets and ensure that assigned stores are operating within budget.
Ensure that all teams members adhere to company policies and procedures
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
