We are looking for an experienced Associate Creative Director with 4–7 years of advertising/creative agency experience to lead creative campaigns across branding, digital, social media, and film.

This role is ideal for candidates who combine strategic thinking with creative excellence and have experience managing integrated campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities
Lead creative development for multiple brands and campaigns.
Translate marketing strategies into impactful creative concepts.
Develop and review creative briefs.
Guide and mentor copywriters, graphic designers, video editors, and motion designers.
Present campaign ideas and creative concepts to clients.
Maintain consistency and quality across all creative deliverables.
Collaborate with strategy, marketing, and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Ensure every campaign aligns with business objectives while maintaining creative excellence.

Required Qualifications




4–7 years of experience in an Advertising or Creative Agency (Mandatory).
Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns.
Solid portfolio showcasing work across:
Branding
Social Media
Digital Marketing
Advertising Campaigns
Film/Video Campaigns
Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience mentoring and managing creative teams.
Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, branding, and marketing strategy.
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced agency setting.
