Job Description: Responsible for handling outbound collection calls to Bank credit card customers, following up on overdue payments, negotiating repayment commitments (PTP), updating call remarks in the system, and achieving monthly collection targets while ensuring compliance with bank policies and customer service standards.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
