Nestled in the heart of Bandra, Vita Bella is a cozy café built around crafted coffee, artisanal beverages, dreamy affogatos, and warm hospitality. We’re looking for enthusiastic, outgoing people who love connecting with others and want to be part of a young, creative, and growing café brand.

Responsibilities
Assist senior baristas in preparing coffee, beverages, and café specials.
Learn coffee brewing, espresso preparation, latte art, and day-to-day café operations.
Greet and engage with customers warmly and create a welcoming café experience.
Take orders and assist customers with menu recommendations when required.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall café standards.
Support the team with daily opening, closing, and operational tasks.
Actively participate in Vita Bella’s social media and content creation, including appearing in reels, photos, and other brand content when required.
Contribute to creating a fun, friendly, and energetic atmosphere at the café.

Solid communication and teamwork skills.
Comfortable being featured on social media, reels, photographs, and other brand content.
Prior hospitality or food-service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Content creation, social media, or on-camera experience is a plus.

6 days a week

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
