Role Purpose

The Business Head will be responsible for driving and managing the end-to-end business, including sales, customer onboarding, collections, retention and customer support, while ensuring sustainable business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall business operations and drive business growth.
Own the end-to-end business function, including:
Sales
Customer acquisition and onboarding
Collections
Customer retention
Customer support
Own and manage the P&L; for the business.
Drive key business metrics including:
Disbursements
Revenue
Margins
Cost of Acquisition (CoA)
Operating costs
Credit losses
Overall profitability
Develop and execute strategies to achieve business and financial targets.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Monitor business performance and identify prospects for growth and improvement.
Work closely with Sales, Operations,



Finance and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Ensure effective coordination between various functions to achieve business objectives.
Monitor portfolio quality, collections and credit-related performance.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
Lead, mentor and manage teams to achieve business targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes and regulatory requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile
10–15 years of experience in Banking/NBFC, preferably in lending.
Strong experience in business development and sales leadership.
Proven experience managing the complete business lifecycle.
Solid understanding of lending products and NBFC operations.
Experience in P&L; management and business profitability.
Solid leadership, stakeholder management and team-management skills.
Ability to manage business growth while maintaining portfolio quality.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
