CRO– Customer Relationship Officer

Job Summary

Responsible for customer relationship management, branch coordination, sales support, and smooth coordination between customers, showroom, warehouse, delivery, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries and grievances.
Coordinate with branches, showrooms, warehouse and delivery teams.
Support sales follow-up and customer updates.
Coordinate stock availability (Showroom) and product requirements.
Monitor deliveries, transportation and order status.
Coordinate manpower and operational requirements.
Maintain customer records and daily reports.

Requirements:
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Customer-focused and organized.
Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.
Experience in Customer Relation, sales or operations preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
