Job Summary:

Life Slimming & Cosmetic Clinic is looking for a energetic and result-oriented Clinic Manager / Centre Manager to handle complete branch operations and sales performance. This role requires strong leadership, operational control, and the ability to drive revenue through effective team coordination and client conversion.

Key Responsibilities:Operations Management
Oversee end-to-end clinic operations ensuring smooth daily functioning
Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, hygiene standards, and clinic protocols
Coordinate with all departments including Dermatology, Slimming, and Aesthetics
Manage appointments, patient flow, and service delivery

Sales & Revenue Management
Drive overall branch sales targets and revenue growth
Improve client conversion rates (walk-ins, leads, in-house & out-house clients)
Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions
Ensure upselling and cross-selling of packages and services
Focus on increasing repeat visits and rebooking

Team Management & Coordination
Lead and manage clinic staff including sales team, therapists, and front office
Ensure team productivity, discipline, and target achievement
Coordinate effectively with doctors and all departments




Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews

Client Handling & Experience
Ensure excellent client experience and satisfaction
Handle escalations and resolve client concerns
Build strong client relationships for retention and referrals

Performance & Reporting
Track and monitor KRA/KPI for team and centre performance
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Ensure target achievement with proper planning and execution

Key Requirements:
Graduate / MBA preferred
5–8 years of experience in clinic/wellness/retail sales management
Solid experience in sales-driven roles
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to handle targets and pressure

Pay: ₹14,371.51 - ₹40,946.20 per month
