Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, telecalling, lead follow-up, sales conversion, email communication, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Conduct telecalling and follow up with leads to generate and convert sales opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service information.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers regularly.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Handle customer emails and ensure timely and professional responses.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents when required.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and order processing.




Address customer queries and coordinate for timely resolution.
Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.
Prepare and submit regular sales and follow-up reports to management.

Candidate Requirements
Kerala-based candidates only.
1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, business development, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Strong experience or interest in telecalling and lead follow-up.
Good email handling and professional written communication skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
Solid customer relationship management and sales skills.
Customer-focused and professional approach.
Valuable interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
