Paul & Shini Architects is looking for a talented and creative 3D Visualizer to join our architectural design team.

Position: 3D Visualizer

Experience: Relevant experience preferred

Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality 3D architectural and interior visualizations.
Develop realistic exterior and interior renders based on architectural drawings and concepts.
Prepare 3D models, materials, lighting and camera compositions.
Work closely with architects and interior designers to translate design concepts into compelling visual presentations.
Make revisions based on design requirements and project feedback.
Maintain quality and consistency across project visualizations.

Requirements
Robust knowledge of SketchUp and D5 Render.
Experience with Lumion or other relevant rendering software is an advantage.




Good understanding of architectural and interior design concepts.
Robust sense of materials, lighting, composition and detailing.
Ability to create realistic and presentation-ready renders.
Creative mindset with positive attention to detail.
Ability to work within deadlines and coordinate effectively with the design team.

Portfolio Requirement

Applicants must attach their updated Resume along with their 3D Visualization Portfolio while applying.

Your portfolio should include relevant architectural exteriors, interiors, 3D models and rendered projects.

Urgent Requirement – Candidates available to join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
