Job Description – Accounts Executive
Reports To: Accounts Manager / Finance Manager
Job Type: Full time

Job Objective

To manage day-to-day accounting activities, accounts receivable and payable, project-related financial records, and statutory compliance while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Manage Accounts Receivable, including customer invoicing, credit/debit notes, outstanding follow-up, and account reconciliation.
Manage Accounts Payable, including vendor invoice verification, payment processing, vendor ledger maintenance, and reconciliation.
Maintain project-wise expenses, material costs, and vendor/subcontractor payments where applicable.
Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure timely GST and TDS compliance, including required returns, deductions, and reconciliations.
Prepare MIS reports, financial schedules, and other periodic reports as required.
Assist with monthly/annual closing and financial reporting.




Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Project Teams, vendors, customers, and auditors/CA for accounting and documentation requirements.
Assist with payroll, employee reimbursements, and other general accounting activities as required.
Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents for audit and statutory requirements.

Requirements
Education: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Technical Skills: Valuable working knowledge of Tally/ERP accounting software and MS Excel.
Knowledge: Working knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliations, and general accounting practices.
Preferred: Experience in interior design, construction, real estate, or other project-based businesses.
Key Skills: Attention to detail, accuracy, coordination skills, analytical ability, and valuable communication.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
