Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced English Faculty to join our academic team at SLBS Marklance, Vyttila.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging English language classes for students.
Teach Grammar, Vocabulary, Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening skills.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials and practice exercises.
Conduct assessments and monitor student progress.
Provide individual guidance and constructive feedback.
Improve students' communication, presentation and overall language skills.
Maintain attendance and academic performance records.
Create an interactive and positive classroom workplace.

Requirements




Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Literature, Linguistics, Education or a related field.
Solid command of spoken and written English.
Prior experience as an English Faculty / English Trainer / Spoken English Trainer is preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Robust classroom management and student engagement skills.
Candidates with experience in IELTS, OET, PTE, competitive exams or spoken English training will have an added advantage.
