We are looking for a customer-focused Travel Advisor – Sales who can understand clients’ travel requirements, recommend suitable holiday packages, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate should have robust communication and sales skills, destination knowledge, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Handle travel enquiries through Voice
Understand customer preferences, budget, travel dates, and expectations.
Recommend and customize domestic and international holiday packages.
Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel proposals.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, transport providers, and other travel partners.




Negotiate rates and ensure competitive pricing for customers.
Maintain accurate customer and booking information in CRM systems.
Upsell/cross-sell flights, hotels, activities, transfers, insurance, and other travel services.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Stay updated on destinations, travel trends, visa requirements, and current travel products.
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
