Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers/leads as per the company’s requirements.
Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information.
Follow IVR/calling scripts and company guidelines.
Explain products, services, offers, or processes clearly to customers.
Maintain proper records of calls, customer responses, and follow-ups.
Follow up with interested customers and update their status.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and performance targets.




Maintain a polite and qualified attitude during every interaction.

Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good listening and convincing skills.
Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
Freshers can apply; prior telecalling/BPO experience will be an advantage.
