We are hiring Graduate Freshers for an International Voice Process in Airoli, Mumbai.

Graduate freshers only
2024, 2025 and 2026 pass-outs
Valuable communication skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts

2 rotational week-offs

Roles and Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls and chat
Provide accurate and timely resolutions
Maintain positive customer service standards




Document customer interactions in the system
Follow company processes, quality standards and guidelines
Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication
