Position: HR Executive

Role Overview

Hospertz India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an HR Executive with 1+ years of experience, primarily responsible for recruitment and hiring activities. The candidate will also support day-to-day HR operations and employee documentation.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment – Primary Responsibility
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Understand job requirements and prepare candidate profiles accordingly.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.
Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain a database of candidates and recruitment status.
Coordinate offer letters, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
Ensure positions are closed within the required timeline.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

HR Support
Maintain employee documentation and records.




Manage attendance and leave records.
Assist with employee joining and exit formalities.
Support the HR team in day-to-day HR activities.
Prepare basic HR reports and maintain HR databases.

Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
Positive knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn
Basic knowledge of HR processes
Positive MS Excel and documentation skills
Target-oriented and proactive approach

Experience & Qualification
1+ years of experience in recruitment / HR.
Prior experience in bulk hiring or multiple-position recruitment will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Sakinaka, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
