Position: Back Office Sales (Non Voice)
Location: Surat, Gujarat
Shift timing : 02.30 PM to 11.30 PM
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
Experience: Freshers & Experienced

Key Responsibilities
Manage leads, sales pipeline, and CRM updates.
Conduct follow-ups through calls and emails.
Schedule client meetings, demos, and presentations.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and business decks.
Handle client queries and support lead conversion.
Conduct market and competitor research for the US Market.
Prepare sales reports and track lead conversion.

Requirements
Freshers with robust English communication skills are welcome.
Excellent verbal and written English.
Robust follow-up and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
