Job description: HR Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on bulk hiring for Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, and Field Sales positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring.

Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Apna, social media, referrals, etc.

Screen candidates and conduct telephonic interviews.

Coordinate interviews, offers, documentation, and joining.

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Meet monthly hiring targets and KPIs.

Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills:

Solid recruitment and sourcing skills.

Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.

Experience with job portals and bulk hiring.

Target-driven and organized approach.

Eligibility:

Graduation/BBA/MBA or relevant degree.

1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.

Experience in Sales/BDE/Field Sales hiring is an advantage.

English communication is required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
