Responsibilities
Layout and setting out of villas, roads and services as per approved drawings.
Daily supervision of contractors across civil, plastering, tiling, painting, plumbing, electrical and waterproofing.
Stage-wise quality checks: shuttering, reinforcement (cover, laps, detailing), concrete pours, masonry, plaster and finishes, as per IS 456 and IS 13920.
Independent surprise quality audits across the site, with written findings.
Taking measurements and preparing or verifying contractor bills (measurement-based and milestone-based).
Managing site stores: material receipts (GRN), issues, stock registers and site transfers.
Checking material quality and quantity at delivery against orders.
Tracking contractor and vendor payments and maintaining records.
Updating daily progress, attendance and material data in our project software.
Planning work to meet committed handover dates and flagging delays early.

Requirements




B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of site experience in residential construction (villas, group housing or township projects preferred).
Working knowledge of RCC work, quantity measurement and Excel.
Comfortable dealing with contractors, vendors and labour in Hindi.
Willing to be based at Milak, Rampur, or commute daily from Bareilly/Rampur.
Takes ownership of quality and records whether or not management is on site.

Preferred
Experience with construction management apps (Powerplay or similar).
AutoCAD for reading and marking drawings.
Prior experience in site billing or stores management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
