We are seeking an active and communicative Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. The candidate will handle profile verification, data updates, and member conversion for our matrimony platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Profile Verification: Call registered users to verify their personal and family details to maintain profile accuracy.
Data Management: Upload, update, and manage member profiles on the portal accurately using a computer.
Premium Conversion: Connect with free registered users, explain premium advantages, and assist them in upgrading to paid packages.
Customer Support: Answer member queries professionally over the phone and provide regular follow-ups.

Requirements:
Education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Any UG Degree.
Languages: Excellent Tamil speaking skills and basic/understandable English.
Skills: Basic computer skills, internet browsing, and phone etiquette.
Experience: Fresher candidates are welcome.
Salary: ₹7,000 - ₹8,000 / month + Performance Incentives (Based on premium conversion )

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
