Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly vehicle sales targets.
Monitor daily leads, enquiries, follow-ups, bookings, and retail performance.
Guide Sales Executives on customer handling, product presentation, test drives, and negotiations.
Track individual team performance and implement strategies to improve conversions and sales results.
Prepare sales reports, coordinate with management, and ensure proper CRM/DMS updates and customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
