Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
Maintain stock levels, inventory records, and proper documentation.
Monitor stock receiving, storage, dispatch, and movement.
Coordinate with staff, suppliers, and other relevant teams.
Ensure proper maintenance and organization of the store.
Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues when required.
Monitor staff attendance, work allocation, and daily activities.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly store reports.
Ensure company policies and operational procedures are followed.
Travel to different locations when required as part of the job.

Requirements
Previous experience in store management, retail, inventory, or a related field.




Positive communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.
Ability to manage staff and handle day-to-day operational responsibilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote location.
Candidates who are comfortable working in Dirang, Arunachal Pradesh are preferred.
