Job Title: Telecaller

Job Location: Dehradun

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers/candidates and provide relevant information.
Explain the company’s services, offers, or requirements clearly and professionally.
Handle incoming calls and respond to queries in a polite and effective manner.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Build a positive relationship with customers through effective communication.
Coordinate with the HR/Sales team for further processing of leads.

Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.
Freshers can apply; prior telecalling experience will be an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
