Job Role:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Chinese Chef to join our kitchen team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality Chinese dishes, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes as per the restaurant’s menu and standards.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, portion size, and quality.
Prepare ingredients such as sauces, marinades, vegetables, noodles, rice, and other items required for Chinese cuisine.
Maintain proper food preparation, cooking, and storage practices.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, cooking equipment, and workstations.
Monitor food quality and freshness of ingredients.
Manage food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen safety procedures.
Maintain discipline and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
