About the Role

We are looking for a Center Operations Manager to support day-to-day operations, enhance patient experience, and ensure smooth functioning of our fertility center.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily clinic operations and maintain service standards
Ensure smooth patient flow, appointments, and counselling coordination
Handle patient queries, issues, and service recovery
Manage and support in revenue generation for the center
Coordinate with doctors, embryology, and clinical teams
Assist with center hygiene, safety, and compliance protocols
Support marketing and referral activities when needed

Requirements
2–3 years’ experience in healthcare operations (IVF preferred)
Strong communication, problem-solving,



and team-management skills
Patient-centric approach and ability to handle sensitive cases
