Job Summary

The Steward is responsible for providing productive and courteous service to guests, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas, and supporting the Food & Beverage team to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a polite and qualified manner.
Set up tables, dining areas, and service stations before service.
Serve food and beverages according to hotel/restaurant standards.
Transparent and clean tables promptly after guests finish dining.
Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, service areas, equipment, and utensils.
Assist in preparing cutlery, crockery, glassware, napkins, and other service items.
Refill water and other table requirements as needed.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and report issues to the supervisor.




Assist the kitchen and F&B; team when required.
Ensure proper handling and storage of restaurant equipment and supplies.
Follow hotel policies, grooming standards, and safety procedures.

Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 10th/12th qualification preferred.
Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant is an advantage.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Team-oriented, punctual, and responsible.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
