Job Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
Handle field sourcing activities as required.
Maintain candidate details and follow up with candidates regularly.
Support the HR team in achieving manpower requirements.
Requirements
Maximum 1 year of experience in HR recruitment/sourcing.
Candidates with more than 1 year of experience are not eligible.
Must be willing to do field work.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
Valuable communication and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
