About the Role

We are a growing nutrition and weight-management company serving clients across India and internationally.

We are looking for a Customer Care & Nutrition Support Executive with a Science/Healthcare background who can understand basic nutrition concepts and communicate confidently with clients.

Responsibilities
Handle client queries through WhatsApp and calls.
Resolve routine nutrition and food-substitution queries.
Guide clients according to our established nutrition protocols and SOPs.
Coordinate with dietitians for queries requiring clinical or personalised intervention.
Follow up with clients and ensure timely query resolution.




Maintain accurate client/query records.
Provide a skilled, empathetic and premium customer experience.

Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food & Nutrition, Life Sciences, Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Home Science or another relevant Science/Healthcare field.
Freshers can apply.
Excellent Hindi and English communication.
Valuable basic understanding of nutrition.
Comfortable handling WhatsApp and phone calls.
Positive problem-solving and client-handling skills.
Candidates who are interested only in making diet plans and are not comfortable with customer support should not apply.

Salary

₹22,000/month

6 days working | Sunday off

Pay: ₹22,000.00 per month
