Job Description:
Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
Verify billing details, purchase orders, rates, quantities, taxes, and discounts.
Maintain billing records and ensure proper documentation.
Generate invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and related reports.
Coordinate with sales, accounts, and customers to resolve billing discrepancies.
Track outstanding payments and support payment follow-ups.
Reconcile invoices and customer accounts.
Maintain accurate records in ERP/accounting software.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.
Assist the accounts team with GST/TDS-related documentation, as applicable.
Ensure compliance with company billing procedures and internal control

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
