SALES & PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a smart, responsible and proactive person to handle sales, procurement, quotations, pricing and customer/supplier coordination.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

•⁠ ⁠Fluent in English – written and spoken.

•⁠ ⁠Positive mathematics and logical thinking.

•⁠ ⁠Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

•⁠ ⁠Good knowledge of Outlook, emails and laptop/computer work.

•⁠ ⁠Positive understanding of quotations, pricing, discounts and margins.

•⁠ ⁠Smart, proactive and a quick learner.

•⁠ ⁠Valuable attention to detail.

•⁠ ⁠Able to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups.

•⁠ ⁠Responsible and able to work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•⁠ ⁠Handle daily sales and procurement enquiries.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare and send quotations and prices to customers.

•⁠ ⁠Calculate selling prices, discounts and margins.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with suppliers for prices, availability and lead times.

•⁠ ⁠Compare supplier prices and requirements.





•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with customers and suppliers through Outlook/email.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain Excel sheets, quotation records and procurement trackers.

•⁠ ⁠Follow up on pending quotations and supplier responses.

•⁠ ⁠Check pricing and quotation details for accuracy.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure enquiries and follow-ups are properly tracked and nothing is missed.

CLAUDE & AI

Knowledge of Claude and AI tools will be an added advantage.

The candidate should be comfortable using AI for research, checking information, calculations, drafting and improving work efficiency.

TRAINING

Full training will be provided. Prior pharmaceutical industry experience is not required.
