Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing, self-driven Enterprise Sales Lead with deep experience in commercial leasing, managed workspace sales, or enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate will have a robust network of corporate real estate decision-makers, brokers, and consultants in South India and a track record of closing complex B2B deals. This is a strategic role where the selected candidate will work closely with the Sales Head and the Managing Director to shape and execute the sales roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

 Drive end-to-end B2B sales for managed and customized oAice solutions across Cove centers in Chennai and Bangalore  Identify and close prospects with enterprise clients, GCCs, BPOs, startups,



and rapid-scaling companies  Manage and deepen broker relationships with IPCs and independent consultants across South India  Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, conduct site visits, and structure competitive commercial terms  Track market trends, competitor oAerings, and client movements in the commercial leasing space  Support marketing and business development eAorts to drive top-of-funnel growth  Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, deal pipelines, and business review updates  Mentor junior team members and gradually take on team leadership responsibilities  Should be willing to travel extensively between cities where Cove has a presence

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
