Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and confident Real Estate Telecaller who can handle customer calls, generate qualified leads, explain property projects, schedule site visits, and support the sales team in achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads. - Explain real estate projects, location, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and offers. - Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties. - Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers. - Regularly follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp. - Maintain proper records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and customer responses. - Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead conversion and site visits. - Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.



- Follow up with customers after site visits and assist in the sales conversion process. - Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, and site-visit targets. Candidate Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Telecalling/Sales. - Previous experience in real estate property sales or lead generation is preferred. - Excellent communication and convincing skills. - Good knowledge of Hindi and basic English. - Solid follow-up and customer-handling skills. - Target-oriented and self-motivated. - Basic computer knowledge and WhatsApp/CRM handling. - Ability to maintain skilled relationships with prospective customers. Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
