Position: HR Recruiter – Real Estate

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our real estate organization. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding suitable candidates for sales, telecalling, operations, and support roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels.
Maintain daily recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.
Handle offer discussions and joining formalities.
Achieve monthly recruitment targets and closure requirements.




Maintain proper recruitment documentation and reports.
Support employee onboarding and HR activities when required.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for future requirements.
Experience in real estate recruitment will be an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel and recruitment portals.
Good negotiation and candidate-handling skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Strong people-management and communication skills.
Willingness to handle bulk hiring and sales recruitment.
Positive attitude and good team-player skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
