We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in company databases and systems while ensuring data quality and confidentiality. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong computer skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a rapid-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and software systems.
Review documents for accuracy and completeness before data entry.
Correct errors and inconsistencies in existing records.
Maintain organized digital files and documentation.
Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy.
Generate reports as requested by supervisors.
Protect confidential and sensitive information.




Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
Complete assigned tasks within established deadlines.

QualificationsRequired
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Workspace.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
