We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive for a car showroom. The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries and leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels, understanding customer requirements, explaining car models, features, variants, pricing, finance and offers, and converting leads into showroom visits and bookings. The role also includes regular follow-ups with prospective customers, maintaining lead records in CRM, coordinating test drives, and achieving monthly sales targets. Positive communication, convincing and negotiation skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-oriented approach are required. Automobile/car showroom sales experience will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
