Key Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during statutory, tax, and internal audits.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for management.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
Assist in financial analysis, forecasting, and business decision-making.
Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective financial controls.




Support management with financial reporting, compliance, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
2–4 years of post-qualification experience.
Experience in finance, accounting, taxation, corporate finance, and Manufacturing is required.
Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
