About the Role

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Videographer + Video Editor who can take an idea from concept to final video. The role involves shooting product videos, brand content, social media reels, customer stories, educational content and internal communication videos.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, shoot and edit high-quality videos for Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
Handle end-to-end video production — from concept, scripting and shooting to editing and final delivery.
Shoot product demonstrations, customer testimonials, educational videos and marketing campaigns.
Operate cameras, lighting, microphones and other production equipment.
Edit reels, short-form videos, promotional films and longer-form content.
Add appropriate music, sound design, transitions, subtitles, motion graphics and colour correction.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create content aligned with brand objectives.
Develop creative concepts and visual styles for recurring content series.
Maintain an organised library of raw footage, project files and final videos.
Stay updated with current video, editing and social media content trends.

Requirements




1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing.
Strong knowledge of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar editing software.
Valuable understanding of camera operation, lighting, framing, composition and audio.
Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
Ability to independently manage shoots and deliver videos within deadlines.
A solid visual sense and attention to detail.
Portfolio of previous work is required.

Preferred
Experience in product, lifestyle, luxury, wellness or D2C brands.
Knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics.
Basic photography skills.
Ability to write or develop simple video concepts and scripts.
Own camera/equipment will be an advantage.

What We Expect

We are looking for someone who doesn’t just operate a camera or edit footage, but understands how to turn an idea into content that people want to watch. You should be comfortable working independently, experimenting with new formats and taking ownership of the complete content-production process.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
