Key Responsibilities
Distributor Appointment & Development
Identify potential distributors in the assigned territory.
Appoint and onboard recent distributors as per company guidelines.
Develop strong relationships with distributors to ensure smooth business operations.
Monitor distributor performance and guide them to achieve sales targets.
Primary Sales Management
Drive primary sales from company to distributors.
Ensure distributors maintain adequate stock levels of all SKUs.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely dispatch.
Secondary Sales & Market Expansion
Ensure solid secondary sales from distributors to retailers/wholesalers.
Increase market coverage by adding new retail outlets.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising in the market.
Reporting & Documentation




Prepare and submit Daily Working Reports (DWR) to the reporting manager.
Share updates on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of distributor sales, orders, and market visits.
Market Execution
Conduct regular market visits with distributor sales representatives.
Implement promotional activities and schemes in the market.
Ensure compliance with company sales policies and pricing.

Positive communication and relationship-building skills
Reporting and data analysis
2–5 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferably snacks/food products).
Experience in distributor appointment and market expansion.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
