We are looking for an energetic and communication-focused Telecaller to connect with potential customers, athletes, coaches, and partners, explain our services, generate leads, and convert enquiries into registrations or business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers, athletes, coaches, and leads.
Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information.
Explain company services, packages, events, and membership opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
Maintain and update customer/lead information in CRM or Excel.
Schedule appointments, meetings, demos, and follow-up calls.
Convert qualified leads into registrations, memberships, or sales.
Maintain daily call records and prepare activity reports.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Build positive relationships with prospects and existing customers.
Collect customer feedback and communicate key requirements to the team.

Requirements
Positive verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.




Hindi/Telugu or other languages will be an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to use WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
Good convincing and follow-up skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Freshers can apply; telecalling/sales experience is preferred.

Experience

0–2 years
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
