We are looking for energetic and motivated Admission Counsellors / Telecallers to guide students and parents regarding CA, CMA and ACCA courses. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining course details, and assisting them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

Call prospective students from provided lead lists

Follow up with interested students and parents

Maintain daily call records and admission data

Convert enquiries into admissions

Coordinate with admission office for documentation

Handle WhatsApp and phone enquiries professionally

Invite students for campus visits and counselling sessions

Achieve monthly admission targets

Required Skills





Valuable communication skills in Malayalam and English

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)

Polite and convincing communication style

Ability to handle students and parents

Target-oriented and hardworking

Degree

Freshers and experienced candidates welcome

Experience in telecalling or admission counselling is an advantage

Working Hours

9:00 AM – 5.00 PM

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
