Job Title: Fabrication Fitter – Pressure Vessel / Heat Exchanger / Air Receiver Tank

Job Responsibilities:
Read and understand fabrication drawings, GA drawings, and dimensions.
Perform fit-up and assembly of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, and Air Receiver Tanks.
Carry out shell rolling, plate fit-up, nozzle fit-up, flange fit-up, and alignment.
Perform marking, cutting, grinding, edge preparation, and tack welding as required.
Maintain correct root gap, alignment, level, and dimensions as per drawings.
Coordinate with welders for proper welding sequence and joint preparation.
Use measuring instruments such as measuring tape, Vernier caliper, bevel gauge, spirit level, etc.
Ensure fabrication work is carried out as per approved drawings, quality requirements, and safety procedures.
Maintain proper housekeeping and follow site safety rules.

Required Skills & Experience:




2–5 years of experience in heavy fabrication.
Experience in Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger, Air Receiver Tank, or similar equipment fabrication preferred.
Positive knowledge of fabrication drawings and fit-up procedures.
Practical knowledge of shell, nozzle, flange, and structural fit-up.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with welders and supervisors.

Qualification: ITI / Fabrication trade preferred.

Location: Nashik, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skill.
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Pay: ₹700.00 - ₹2,000.00 per day
