Job Summary:
We are looking for a agile MICE Sales Executive to drive business through corporate meetings, conferences, exhibitions, incentive tours, and corporate events. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, proposal preparation, negotiations, and end-to-end coordination of events.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and acquire current corporate clients for MICE events.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, and partners.
Understand client requirements and prepare customized event proposals and quotations.
Handle negotiations, pricing, and closure of MICE business.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth event execution.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate sales pipelines.




Ensure client satisfaction and generate repeat business/referrals.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings to generate business.

Requirements:
Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
Experience in MICE, corporate events, hospitality, travel, or B2B sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good corporate/client network will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel and attend client meetings/events.
Target-oriented with robust business development skills.
