Team Leader – Telesales

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Telesales to manage and motivate a team of sales advisors and drive daily/monthly sales and collection targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and monitor the telesales team.
Achieve daily and monthly sales/collection targets.
Monitor call quality and provide regular feedback.
Manage attendance, rosters, and manpower utilization.
Conduct daily team briefings and product/process training.
Handle performance reviews, reports, and team productivity.
Support hiring and initial screening of candidates.
Ensure effective objection handling and sales conversion.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 2 years of telesales/telemarketing experience.
Prior team-handling experience preferred.
Solid communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Language Requirement: Fluent Telugu is mandatory.
Ability to perform in a target-driven, high-pressure setting.

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
