Job Description:

SFS School, Narengi is seeking a dedicated and competent PRT EVS to join our academic team on a 6-month contractual basis. This position is a temporary appointment to ensure academic continuity during the contractual period.

The ideal candidate should have a robust foundation in Environmental Studies and the ability to engage young learners through interactive, activity-based, and student-centric teaching methodologies. The candidate should be capable of developing students’ conceptual understanding, curiosity, and awareness of their surroundings.

Qualifications:
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Environmental Science or a related discipline – mandatory
B.Ed. – mandatory
Prior teaching experience at the primary level preferred
Solid understanding of EVS concepts and the primary-level curriculum
Positive communication skills in English
Ability to engage and effectively manage young learners

Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver EVS lessons for primary classes in line with curriculum objectives




Use interactive, activity-based, and child-friendly teaching methodologies
Develop lesson plans, worksheets, activities, and learning resources
Conduct and evaluate classwork, assignments, tests, and assessments
Monitor students’ academic progress and provide individual support as required
Encourage students’ curiosity, observation, critical thinking, and awareness of their environment
Maintain discipline and a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
Collaborate with faculty members for academic planning and coordination
Maintain accurate academic records and documentation
Participate in school activities, events, and other academic responsibilities

Salary:

Up to ₹23,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.

Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
