Job Title: Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:
Support business development efforts by identifying and generating recent business opportunities for digital marketing services including SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Performance Marketing, Website Development, and Branding.
Assist in lead generation, prospecting, and outreach through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking channels.
Research potential clients and build a qualified pipeline for B2B sales and client acquisition.
Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and meetings to understand their business requirements.
Assist in presenting and pitching digital marketing solutions, sales proposals, and service offerings to clients.
Prepare quotations, business proposals, and presentations under guidance from senior sales team members.
Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Support ongoing client relationship management and account servicing.
Work towards achieving assigned sales targets, revenue contributions, and monthly KPIs in a quick-paced,



target-driven workplace.

Requirements & Skills:
Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, SMM, Google Ads, etc.).
Willingness to learn lead generation, client acquisition, and sales conversion techniques.
Ideal for freshers, graduates, or early-career professionals looking to build a career in sales/business development.
Confident presentation skills and a client-friendly approach.
Self-motivated with the ability to work under deadlines in a target-based role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
