Job Summary

We are looking for an Import Export & Logistics Executive to manage EXIM documentation, shipment coordination, logistics activities, and communication with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and transporters.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain Export & Import documentation.
Handle Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, BL/AWB, COO and related documents.
Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines and transporters.
Coordinate container booking, shipment dispatch and delivery schedules.
Track shipments and provide regular status updates.
Assist in customs clearance and import/export procedures.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse and Dispatch teams.
Maintain accurate EXIM and logistics records.




Follow up with customers, suppliers and logistics partners.
Support timely resolution of documentation and shipment-related issues.

Qualification
B.Com / BBA / MBA / International Business / Logistics or equivalent.
Freshers with relevant EXIM knowledge may apply.

Basic knowledge of Import & Export procedures
EXIM documentation
Logistics & shipment coordination
MS Excel / MS Office
Positive English communication
Solid follow-up and coordination skills
Attention to detail

Preferred Experience

Experience in Chemical / Fertilizer / Manufacturing / Trading / Import-Export industry will be an advantage.
